Decorating for Christmas

Brenden had been asking to put up our Christmas light since after Halloween. The Saturday after Thanksgiving I finally gave in and we got to work. He was a good little helper and kept telling Moss what to do.

On the Monday following we gave in to him and set up our tree. He was extra excited about that and was great at decorating the tree.

This year we got a special  present left on our doorstep. It was a elf on the shelf. Brenden has LOVED having him here at our house. The other day he got really sad and I asked him what was wrong he started to cry a real cry and told me he was going to miss "Caden" so much. It was so sad. so Caden may stick around after Christmas for awhile. Every night he goes back to Santa and tells him what a good boy Brenden has been and then comes back and is in a new spot. Brenden named him Caden Falcon...
