Fourth Of July

We love Independence day around here! It is Moss favorite holiday so I try and make it a fun day. Here are the cute kids all dressed up in their Red White and Blue.

In the morning before it was too hot we tried to head over to the park to enjoy some games and get some free stuff. We got in the car and drove down the rode a tiny bit and we heard some squealing and something dropped out of the bottom of the car. We are a one car family right now and have been for the last six month. Needless to say our spirits were a little broken. We are trying to keep positive but lately there have been a lot of trials for us. Luckily my parents are awesome and have an extra car for us to drive when we need to. This was one of the times, Jason was a kind sole and brought us the car so we could continue on with our festivities.

Brenden loved all the games as usual and was excited to pick out a prize at the end.
Eliza loves the prizes:)
My best friend!
So good!
This kid is addicted to snow cones. Luckily this summer he has let me make him a bunch at home so we did not break the bank but we splurged for him at the park and got him a real one.
It was well over 100 degree and we were all done being in the hot dry sun and headed over to Bonnie's pool to cool off some.
Eliza so happy to be in her favorite place (water).

Fun Family Time
That night we had a BBQ at my parents house. Eliza is turning into a really good eater, and it makes me so happy since Brenden never really was. She enjoyed this corn so much and munched away at it for a good while.

The crew for the night.

At tradition demands we headed over to the park for some fireworks. While we were driving over there was a huge cloud burst and it rained like crazy for a few minutes. Luckily that was it and the rest of the night was nice and dry.
                                                             Our Family
We brought a long some glow stick for Brenden and his friends to play with. He enjoyed them:)
So did Baby
This kid got lucky and got two snow cones in one day!!!
Moss got some cotton candy, when I say some it was just a little. All the little kids helped him eat it:)

The fireworks started and we were not sure how Eliza would d. She was a little worried about the noise and would keep her hands up like this the whole time. It was so funny and cute
We love them!
